WE RENEWED EVERYTHING, WIRELESS, INTERNET, FIOS, TV, LAND LINES, EVERYTHING UNTIL 2018. PLEASE STOP THE POP UPS FROM REMINDING US TO RENEW. WE HAVE RENEWED AND WE HAVE UPDATED NOW PLEASE STOP THE POP UPS FROM COMING ON EVERY TIME I GO TO "MY VERIZON". PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

You are talking to peers here.  This is not the best way to get a message to Verizon itself.  Only a few web admins monitor things here.
