For the most of 2022 and to present 2-23 VerizonUp will not allow me to apply my dollars to my bill using the phone app or Verizon.com .
Phone app keeps me in a loop of requiring me to log in every time I select "Apply to my bill". Then sends me back to the home page.
Verizon.com won't even let me get to the "Apply to my Bill". It forever says "please try again later"
Do I really have to call someone at Verizon to do this EVERY TIME!!!!! Why can't someone fix it???
Based on other posts I am not the only one experiencing this problem.
It is not very common that we receive this type of cases, have you tried to clear cache, reinstall the app, or try with a different device?
