I am new to fios, but I've been a Wireless customer for over 20 years & I have NEVER experienced the poor level of customer service that fios has provided. I set up an online payment and went back into the account to "MODIFY" the payment date. All appeared to go well.... I was charged on the modification date AND the original payment date, which caused an overdraft to my account, which I am being told by fios, it was not their error & they will not refund the fees I incurred as a result of their system duplicating instead of modifying my payment. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I can't get anyone of authority on the phone.
Very anoyed and disappointed. If I wanted to receive this type of service, I could have stayed with Xfinity......

AGREED!!! I Got rid of cable after 20 years with Verizon, they didn’t even care to keep my business and there is no corporate e-mail or phone and the managers are horrid!!!!! I got a Firestick and The Dish “to go”. Try it!
