This company is the absolute worst, this morning they had me pay my bill 4x , yet my phone still did not work, I was thinking the card/payment did not go through NOPE it did they charged me 200 ffin dollars for a bill that's only $45 dollars a month !! Every month after I make a payment I'm forced to call this company because my phone somehow gets disactivated the night my payment has to be made !! This time I didn't realize that this was the problem and made 3 extra payments that were all processed!!! I'm telling you everyone you need to call customer service because you may have money on your account towards your next bill if you made multiple payments and these aaholes at Verizon will try and still make you pay the bill on top of that !!! If my money doesn't get refunded to my card I will be suing Verizon!
