Hey! I'm continuously getting notifications (not the problem) that I can trade in my 128GB iPhone 12 "for free" for a new iPhone 15, or 15 Pro, but when I go to check it out there is a huge number of added taxes adding up to over $120. Is there anyway to waive the upgrade fee? This is just getting out of hand at this point. Honestly looking into switching to literally any other carrier as besides the coverage being fairly consistent, I consistently am finding myself regretting being on VZ.
