Hello,
in May I was told by a employee that the plan I had didn’t qualify for the corporate discount from employee and that I needed to upgrade my plan, so I did. I submitted the form for the discount and it said it was valid. A couple of weeks ago I was promised by a Verizon employee that I was going to get $300 off from my bill each month so I called today (9/26/24) to verify and they told me I was NOT going to receive any discount, the supervisors said they couldn’t do anything but submit a loyalty discount form and they couldn’t promise ANYTHING because the back end had to make the decision. It’s not my fault that a Verizon employee promised me the discount and now I don’t get anything? It amazes me that this company with billions of dollars cants even help their customers
