What Happened to the "Additional Tax Details" on my bill?

It used to be on the pdf bill and it disappeared. Only the summary of all taxes is included. The line item details were then included on the Excel download of my bill and now it has disappeared from that since January. I think the details of all the taxes and surcharges must be included by law. Please put them back, or I will report this matter to the FCC.
