When does it end ? 3 months and still messi.g my bill up

So when does it end? Been told by several people and emails that it's taken care of . Nope you charged me a extra $900 auto draft for a phone that had been confirmed returned via tracking and by several agents.. I have logged over 2 dozen phone calls spanimg at leat 30 plus hours. All saying It's taken care of. But bank account says differently..

Had a extremely rude rep tell me I had to pay it . After possessing  several emails tracking etc saying it will be corrected from my account. I cant seem to get a real supervisor on the line .  My time is worth something! Majority of.phome calls all stated it was corrected. But they still.charged me .... I am blown away by the lack of professionalism of Verizon! Any advice ! They keep saying im right but bill.says otherwise!!!

Hard to believe nobody can simply credit your account if assorted representatives are admitting it's Verizon's mistake.  If this isn't getting resolved by Verizon, you may as well pursue other channels, as other customers have reported finally getting some problem solved after they took it to an outside agency.
