Hi so my service was suspended, I'm the only one working and struggling as we all are. I set up a payment plan after paying about 408, still nothing could be done. So tonight it let me set up a payment plan. I received a message across the screen saying if I paid 89 .40, my service could be reconnected. So I did bringing my total to almost $500, Still I'm told there's not8ng they can do pay full balance. My issue is why out this on my screen if you aren't gonna honor what you are saying. I borrowed money in the hopes My service would be restored but rejection and dismissal and not even wanting to look at the screenshot, over almost 9 years of service and now brought my sons over, after this we all be moving. I know I m the one behind but I never would have made such a big deal if this hadn't popped up on the screen and I had to borrow the money at 1230 in the morning. Over it

My name is Lalit *** and my number is 916-xxx-**** and I am the A/C Manager for my Uncle Mr. Sunil *** his number is (916) xxx-****. I spent an hour on the phone with your agent named Albert this morning explaining the false billing charges to my A/C and he assured a 50% credit to those charges and I requested to please look into the scenario and our relationship as Iโve been a long time customer that switched from atnt to you guys and he put me on hold and came back and said he explained it to his supervisor and he assured me a 100% credit to those false charges and said he will transfer me over and supervisor can take care of the rest. The supervisor Mr. Maurice *** came on the phone and discarded everything his agent told me and said he canโt do anything for me and when I went over what his agent said to me about 50% credit that his agent has offered he said I didnโt took it and started covering his incompetence as a professional. I would like to get a copy of the recorded phone conversation and also would like to file a complaint on the agent for misleading a customer with 100% credit before transferring to his supervisor and the supervisor for not being responsible to your customerโs request and a poor attitude towards false promises from his supervisor and covering up later.
