I'm a new FiOS customer who registered for the $150 Visa gift card on 10/3/18. My eligibility date (after 60 days of service) was 11/16/18. I am on auto-pay and my account has always been paid in full. I still have not received the gift card and today when I check status via the website it says "Cancelled". Who can I call to resolve this? Thanks.
