Where is the credit for the European outage in June 2024?

I was in Italy when the European outage happened in June 2024. I received an email I would receive a credit for 2 lines for two days. I have called and spoke with a person who stated to call back the following month. Today I was chatting online with someone who was not able to help me. Please assist. Don't know why it is this hard..
