Where is the email with my Gift Card?

I was promised an email within 30-45 days with the card number to redeem my Welcome gift card. Because the redemption portal is not (and probably never will be) operational. The email has not arrived, and it has been well over 45 days. How can it possibly take 45 days to send an email in the 21st century? Somebody needs to apply a $50 credit to my next bill.
