I still have FiOS Internet and wireless but dropped video and voice. They started out as a great company offer great service a a good price. They treated me like an unwanted step child. I will never be a loyal costumer again. That ship has sailed. When 5G comes out there will be a lot of competition. NO loyalty as they have show me!

No such thing as loyalty in a business relationship. You are buying goods and services for a price. If you don’t agree to the price then a customer will leave for a better price.
in your whole post you never said why you were upset.
let me let you in on a secret, 5 G is pure hype at this stage. It has not been tested or certified for general use. It’s a gotcha to keep consumers waiting. It’s years away.
its like Apple and their iPhones they send out teasers of this great feature etc. they release it and then tell you part of the device does not do what they claim, then constant updates for buggy software and flashing the eprom to hope it works.
its hooey....

No not preach, Fact!
we are paying for a service that’s it pure and simple.
You would not expect to pay 1998 prices in 2018 everything rises. Labor costs, unions, health insurance etc.
having a bad customer service is something you should not expect for the price we pay.

No there is such a thing as loyalty. Providing value for your costumer as apposed to racking them against the coals for profit. The triple play business model is failing not because of of rising cost to the provider. If is failing because they simply over charged their costumers.
