So I used to have FiOS before without cell service and everything back then was pretty straightforward. One bill, itemized and easy to understand. Good service, fastest on the market at the time.
Since coming back, it's like I walked in on a madhouse of crazy. Rude installers who treat you like ish...multiple bills that are missing discounts you had already confirmed....no way to get a direct access to your paperless bill for itemized review because it drags you through ridiculousness even to see the general amount. Pushy sales people who lie to you about promotional credits and then,once you're in, tell you you have to upgrade to the ridiculously unnecessary plan to get them.
Even the hold music is so chaotic as to get agitated and annoyed while you're trying to get a human being to help fix something.
When you finally get to the service it's slow, cuts out all the time, and it's ridiculously overpriced compared to competitors. When you point this out and want it fixed, they just offer another promotional credit they won't apply to your account until you harass them.
Its like walking in and finding a crack dealer running a wireless company and he's had way too much of his own supply.
Straighten it out please Verizon.
