Why is it so hard to get previous copies of bill(s)

So I have been trying to get copies of my previous bills from 2021 & 2022. 

I had no idea we were unable to access our data online through self service, I ended up calling customer service where I was forwarded to a corporate store location and I was told they store was only able to go as far back as 2023, but that customer service would be able to assist. 

I reached out to customer service one more time and the rep stated the documents had to be mailed, this was ordered on 01/27 and she assured me it would only take two days for me to receive the copies (even though I questioned the delivery date due to the weekend/date) but gave it a few extra days and nothing came in.

I reached back out to customer service and the rep stated it would take about 5 days (not sure where they are getting these timeframes from) but also stated the corp store locations would be able to print copies on the spot, I explained I had already gone and was referred to customer service and she went on an explanation in regards to a certified retailer vs. corp owned locations but I assured her it was a corp location. 

Another week went by and called the customer service after checking the mail today and decided to try the corp store location again and the rep explained their frustration with customer service but also showed me their screen on their side where they can only go as far back as early 2023 and scheduled a call with customer service to reach out to me and was willing to assist / sit with me to speak to them to get down to the bottom of the back and forth I was being placed between but since he was able to explain things better and show me his screen, I continued the call on my own.

I spoke to customer service again and explained my previous conversations with Verizon reps, the back and forth, the random time-frames I was given and what I was needed. After being on the line for over 40 mins and with her going back and forth, I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was placed on a long silent hold, then music came on for another 10 mins and a random rep on sales came on. The rep from sales had no idea what was going on or why my call was sent to her and tried transferring me back to customer service but also disconnected. 

At this point why is Verzion being so difficult in regards to accessing my previous records. I don't even need a physical copy, a PDF version would work but there are no self service options, customer service can't help and neither can the corp stores.... so I am at a lost.

Hello, S3RGIO, thanks for reaching out in reference to your billing. I'm sorry for the inconsistent information as far as letting you know when you will receive your bill copies. When we reprint bills, it will generally take around two weeks for those reprints to be delivered by mail. Have you started to see any of those reprints in your mail yet?
