Why won't Verizon remove the wrongful charges off my bill that was generated by their app placing an order

Verizon App placed an order I did not want, while I was browsing.  I called immediately.  It has been almost 10 days.  I have spoken with more than half dozen customer reps.  Every Rep has claimed the order was canceled, and I should have received the reversal of charges and a confirmation of cancelation (all I got was a text from a rep I was speaking to).  Last night, a customer rep ghosted me in the Verizon chat box.  During the 1 hour+ length in time I waited, he had texted  handful of times, and was in the middle of checking my account and the status of the order-that-should-never-have-been, when he disappeared and ghosted me.  His handle was *Zachary.

Verizon has been refusing to have me schedule calls earlier than 1 day out, and so I am now on a call with a person named "Far", who has placed me on hold.

Placed on hold.  Far, the customer Rep, is saying that the order-I-never-placed, which i called to cancel as soon as i saw the order happened, and which MULTIPLE customers reps have said was canceled (and that I would received confirmation within 24 hours), was never canceled.  Far, the lady customer rep, is transferring me to the Fraud Department, saying only Fraud Dept can do something.  This is ridiculous, since if this fraud, it is the mobile MyVerizon App that committed it, along with the multiple customer service representatives who claimed to have canceled the order
