Hello I am wondering if the $850 for getting the IPhone 15 Pro, upon submitting my iPhone 13 and starting a new line will ever be applied? Because I would much rather have my iPhone 13 back if it means I still owe nearly the full amount for my current iPhone 15 Pro? I called multiple times and even asked the store manager in Lincoln, Ca if I could get some kind of receipt for this credit and she assured me I would see it within the first 2 bill statements.
