Wireless - New Connection Credit Issue

I was in ATT and I started chatting with Verizon agent on the Unlimited plans and the amount that I need to pay per line for my 8 lines. The agent provided all the details in chat and provided me the credits that will be applied. 

The agent said it takes 2 billing cycles to get all my credits and as of today( 3rd billing cycle), my  $10 per line i.e. total of $80 per month is still missing- I had to chat/call them and no one really cares about what information has been provided during my move from ATT to Verizon. I paid off all my 8 lines and now they are not providing me the credits that has been shared/promised  to me. I have pdf copy and want to send to escalate to correct point of contact so that my issue is resolved.

Any inputs on the process to escalate, the chat feature is horrible, I asked them to connect to supervisor and she never responds...Each reply she takes 30 mins.....Guide me to correct escalation channel so that I dont need to keep paying $80 per month extra!!! If I had know it before then would not have moved from ATT....
