Won't honor a device promotional credit

I contacted Verizon about any promotions for a new phone. I did not want to trade in my current phone or upgrade my line. The customer service agent offered me a $730 device promotional credit on an iPhone 16, no trade in or upgrade required. I received an email confirming this offer. At that time, I accepted the promotion and e signed all documents. The installment phone purchase agreement did not reference the promotional credit, but the agent assured me it was being honored. I recorded this portion of the conversation with the agent.
I have now had at least 3 phone conversations with customer service and been in to a corporate store as well, with no satisfaction.
Any advice?
