Won't let me cancel services!!

I called on June 27th 2018 to cancel my services.  I have an email saying "we are sorry to see you go and your services are canceled" However this is not the case.  I have called SEVERAL times and keep getting the run around.  This is totally insane.  My services ARE NOT canceled and I keep being billed.  What is the problem?  I have spoken to supervisors and helpful employees, but I'm beginning to understand that this is not a mistake but a criminal act.  Apparently it was a "system error"?  You are an Internet company. Get it together and cancel my services. This is NOT RIGHT!!
