Pure torture.  Chat window agonizingly slow to respond, absurdly unhelpful.   Not one of them has ever done anything they promised.  Bill was $150 MORE than promised, chat to correct, chat goes dead after many promises, nothing is done.  Spend hours.  Chat again, and again, goes dead.  Technical difficulties.   Nothing.  Just stop responding.

It's deliberately obstinate, totally unhelpful, and an absolute genius at wasting time and provoking frustration while doing nothing but confusing everything and RIPPING ME OFF.  

If any other carrier provided even slightly less deliberately terrible service I'd be LONG GONE.
