Worst Customer Service Supervisors-Fios

I recently signed up for Verizon Fios thinking they would have decent customer service. I have requested to terminate my service numerous times and customer support has continued prolong and trouble shoot when that was not what I wanted! 

I continued to receive a bill for months that I did not authorize service! EVERY single one of their โ€œsupervisorsโ€ beyond RUDE! I am in utter shock, I have no words how they themselves as customer support SUPERVISORS can speak to customers in that manner. Using such words as DICTATE, yelling, hanging up on customer. Telling me I canโ€™t report them or go to social media. I requested a call back from management and the supervisor tells me there is no one above him. These people need to be reported. 

Please fire these people. Whatโ€™re they doing in these roles?? Get better management that values CUSTOMER SERVICE. 
Even if they offered me internet at $20, I would NEVER give even a penny to supervisors who donโ€™t respect their customers. 
Iโ€™m taking this to small claims court.
