Worst customer service of all time

I’ve had multiple online chats with customer service to cancel my service as I was moving. Was confirmed twice and I even had to change the date of the service cancellation which was confirmed. Fast forward three months and I’m still being billed and online support has no records or transcripts of my previous conversations. Can someone help with getting chat transcripts
