I just want to say how dumbfounded I am at how bad a companies customer service can be! We returned set top boxes after a move back at the beginning of April. We stayed with Verizon but were upgrading some boxes. After resigning a 2 year deal, we were told tht in 60 days, we would be recieving a $250 Visa card. This past month, our bill shows a $350 charge for unreturned equipement. Now, we have an overdue bill or $350 and because of that, the card is being held up...which should have been sent LAST MONTH!!! After 6 phone calls in the past 2 weeks, and 6 different answers ( the box has been returned, we're looking for the box, it was returned on the 2nd, it was returned on the 11th, the card will be sent on the 23rd, we already mailed the card, it should mailed around the 17th ) the issue is still not resolved! We have been loyal customers since 2006 and if this does not not get resolved immediately, I will be cancelling ALL Verizon services and let everyone I know to never do business with this ccompany again. SHAME ON YOU VERIZON!!!

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
