Hello, I recently availed of the “any phone, any condition” trade in offer for an iPhone upgrade. When the rep entered the device trade-in info, the phone was listed as an iPhone 4S but is actually an iPhone 4. All the other details on the phone were correctly entered. I haven’t sent back the trade-in phone yet, I need to see how to get this fixed beforehand, so that when the “wrong device” is received, I don’t risk losing my credit and being fully charged for the phone. Thanks!

So what was the resolution? I have the same issue with a pixel 7 in green showing as a pixel 7pro in obsidian.
