Wrong secret question

Every month, when I sign in to pay my bill, I get a "Secret Question" that I never answered in the first place.  How can I start getting the correct "Secret Question" to which I originally provided an answer?

Go into My Verizon, Change (manage) account settings, change secret question.  This jump might get you near https://www.verizon.com/ForYourHome/MyAccount/ngen/pr/user/profile.aspx
