On September a Verizon box outside my home had a short circuit. I called Verizon and they came to fix it. Since then, they raised my montly bill from $204 to $328 for no reason. I called this month again and they said they fixed the problem, I received a copy of my bill with the correct amount, however I was charged $298 instead of $204.
I have been calling there but my problem is not fixed. Thanks
