It's been over a year now that I traded in an S9+ for an $800 credit Off the Z Flip4 and I still haven't gotten any of the credit. At this point, I've overpaid over $300 and called Verizon over 10 times to correct this. Each time I have to re-explain the whole situation to a new person who swears to me that the issue will be corrected by the next bill. They tell me I will be refunded what they owe me and I will receive a monthly credit on my device. It's been 15 months and this issue still hasn't been resolved. Verizon service is so bad it's unreal. I'm not making anymore payments until this is fixed.
