What a nightmare. We moved to Verizon from T-Mobile and I sent in both our trade ins on May 3. I have the UPS receipt and tracking numbers (I used the QR codes that were sent to me in my account). When I track them on UPS they appear to fall off the radar. Verizon of course canceled the promo. Ups wonโt give me info. I called Verizon this morning and got transferred three times and then dropped the call. Looks like Verizon is hurting a lot of us here. We only switched for this promo, and Iโm livid (weโre also a military family in the middle of a move which makes it even worse to get hit with several hundred dollars). Has anyone gotten this resolved??
