I received an email today stating that the device promotional credit was removed from my account due to a plan change. That was a move a Verizon  representative recommended.

Could help me understand the situation better? Is there any way we could review this together? I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

No one contacted me. Just tried the customer support and had a bit talking to me, seems like there are no people that work after hours?
