Having FIOS for a few years my Backup Battery started beeping.
I orderdered a new one from the VERIZON website.
Got an email telling me I had a tracking number..
Never showed up, Tracking number showed it as in warehouse waiting pickup. Sat there for a week or two. Called customer service, they told me they would re do the order and it would be delivered in 3 days. nothing showed up. Called Customer Service told them to cancel the order as it was $20 cheaper on Amazon.
Still getting billed for it - having a really hard time getting anyone on phone or chat or anyway! - always too busy.. Customer service is non existant.
