In luly this past year I went on line and got an acp number I wasnt quite sure who to go thru and a verzion door to door rep showed up 5 g wireless box. She told me acp pays for 30 verizon covers the different . Equiptmemt arrive 2 days later set was easy and call to go thru the acp recordings.. In oct i notice an email about a verison bill ..called and they had no idea i had acp went online and got a new number called did the recordings. That was on a weds friday assurance wireless had a tent up where i dropped a dfriend off. Asked them if they had a life line only plan just phone no internet etc Sold me a used offbrand and got it working that afternoon. Sunday i got an email from verizon telling me my acp was cancelled and i owed 3 or 4 months for full service I called and called transferred ..holding times we'lll take care of it etc I explained i didnt sign or agree to change acp servicess etc tjhe recommented solutoin was just to pay the bill and be a paying verizon clients are regualr price . I am retired have a govt discount and would like to apply it to a verizon acct I was consdiering switching my t mobile acct to verison and asking for a life line disount the assurance got me and tol me they felt i would be grateful for more service form then than i asked for and were lookng out for ny best interests
