bill increase

I only have one line have been with Verizon for 3 years my bill went from$80.00 to $104.00 with no notification I looked at Bill details there is no explaination for the $25.00 increase it says my bill will be the same as it was next month $80.00  I'm done with Verizon also the insurance company assurion is a rip also I lost a $200.00 phone which I had for a couple of years paid an extra $8.00 a month for the insurance they charged me a $125.00 deductible for a rebuilt replacement phone I have had it for a year or less now and the battery has swollen to where the back of the phone is almost completely off i have tape and rubber bands on my phone to keep it from falling apart battery stays charged for 3 to 4 hours at most i can't even afford a new phone let alone take these hits from them i am on social security 69 years old and don't even get a senior discount very very disappointed
