Hey. I'm confused by my verizon bill. I called and spoke to representatives twice and I'm still confused.
My December fios bill that came in the mail had a due date on December 26. I payed it and then decided to downgrade my triple play to internet only. So I cancelled my TV and home phone, and got a new internet only plan on Jan 8.
I always thought verizon billing cycle was a month in advance, so my Dec 26 payment paid my services until Jan 26. Is that correct?
Because I got another bill due Jan 26 that was auto paid, the full amount of 227.15 for January when i cancelled on Jan 8
I can't seem to get a straight answer....does verizon billing cycle a month in advance, so did my Dec 26 payment pay for my services until Jan 26. Or is my Dec 26 due date pay for my December services?
