billing discrepancy for defective stb

Mandatory stb upgrades ordered and attempted installation without success. Verizon advised had to have repairman come out and was assured there would be no charge as issue appeared to be with box. Serviceman came out on 3/31/25, also unable to successfully install the box, after checking ONT and router as well (sytstem works with old box) He advised the box they sent me was defective and advised verizon was having issues with them and many were refurbished. He installed a different box and got it working. Also advised would not be charged as the issue was the box. Received monthly bill which included a bill for 99.00 +tx, for the so called "repair" which it was not. After 2 hours, I cannot reach customer support using various numbers, chat bots, requesting a call back (which I got and was disconnected). How do I get through to get this fixed? Anyone else experience this?
