Hi - Why does Verizon want to start the pro-rated refund 4 days after cancellation? They were given notice 3 times in advance starting 15 days prior (I have the names, dates and times). We returned equipment the same day the other cable was installed and cancellation should be from that date, not 4 days after the fact. They also increased the "fees" by $6 on the bill for that month why? Is the FTC any help? Thanks.
