billing of disconnected account

Hi

I have corporate account connection which was moved to personal account. Moment this moved to personal, i ported my number to ATT.  Verizon team approved port of number as corporate paid all dues. I got five different personal account generated on my personal account and post that four account says ZERO-dollar bills as i moved to ATT however one account posted $72.13 and Verizon start sending bills for payment.

I contacted customer care, and they told me at 3 different occasions that this is generated in error and provided me reference number where this was getting corrected & there is no outstanding to account. However, to my surprise I keep getting daily calls on my number from Verizon financial to get payment for disconnected account. This does not stop here, now this has been sent to debt collector. 

Issue is still not resolved and i apperciate if any help can be provided. there shall not be any charges as i never used verizon services but this is not getting resolved by verizon . I can provide all document details if needed , i have not posted here personal information to ensure there is no community guidelines violation.

This is not business account anymore. during transition from business to personal and moving out these charges has been put across which is not correct and agreed by VZW customer service. However, besides their acknowledgment these are still not corrected. i appreciate if someone from VZW team can look into this and reach out to me and get this corrected.  I can provide my contact details if needed. Not posting here due to community guidelines.

also to add this is no more VZW account.  i have been moved from VZW to ATT so not sure if *611 can work to reachout .
