Let me see if anyone can figure this out. You send me a message stating that's for adding a protection plan to my account, and state if I didn't authorize this to contact you. It takes 20 mins to get someone on the phone , she insist i listen to her ,sends me revised billings ,the entire time i am telling her just remove the protection plan , I did not add it. and view my new monthly bills, then finale removes it from my account and now I am being charged for 1 day of protection.
