On 4/11 Verizon said they needed to replace all my equipment because their network was changing. They installed a different ONT, settop boxes, and Router. It would be for no charge. This is when my problems started . Everything froze 10-20 times daily.  Tech would reset everything and say it was fixed but I believed my eyes not their words. I spent countless wasted days and hours on the phone with tech. I paid for months of poor service of no VOD, DVR, or frozen chanels. Repair also came to the house. 1st visit they changed cables for the ont because they were wrong.  2nd visit the main settop box was changed. Still problems occured,  3rd visit the ONT was changed because repair thought it was damaged before installation. This repair man knew his stuff and suggested if the problems persisted he thought  The Router was defective and needed to be changed.  The problems continued  and on THE 4th Visit  the Verizon defective router was replaced. I did not order this but I received an e-mail that my July bill would reflect a $15 charge for Fios Router rental. My previous bill showed $0.00 for router rental. I tried to fix this Monday but was cut off after 45 minutes of waiting. I tried chat explained all but was shuffled around  and after more than another hour was disconnected. I've had enough AGGRAVATION with Fios arguing multiple times about overcharges. Please fix this for me
