I thought I had signed up for the $40/mo. "welcome" plan for me and my wife. Did this via telephone conversation with a Verizon assistant.
But when the bill came, it was QUADRUPLE what I expected: $80 per line for two lines (instead of $40 per line), and two months at once:
This was in addition to other multiple problems, such as charging me for tax for a state I do not live in, and taking 3+ days of intensive phone calls to set up the account.
