First- got a upgrade on a new phone and place the old one in the self address envelope they gave me and sent it off. Only for them to say they didn't get it and cant find it so they would not give me the credits for my bill. Finally, after fighting for a month I was given 73 bucks off.

Second- I noticed they had been charging me for my  ex's phone (which he has been off my plan and on his own plan for a year and hf), I spoke to a supervisor after spending 18 hrs on the phone with Verizon, to be told (on a recorded line)  they i would be reimbursed for the entire amount i paid for that device. Then when it WAS NOT applied I called ( they did give me 173 of the 371 they owed me).  Did I mention that when I told they to refer to that recorded line they stated they don't have access to it? Now, what's the point of that?

Third, NOW this is the one that really puts me over the edge!! I get my bill and it states its supposed to be 260 and its 500!! I call and they stated its a prorate! ok... well lets look at July bill (260 like it should be all plans paid), Aug bill 500 because even though the bill states it for Aug its Aug AND Sept and was told the Sept bill will be 260.  ok so NOW I'm paying for the same plan twice !! I call and they state that's how they do it! WATCH YOUR BILL!!!!! They will take everything they can and there is NO good deal!!

 

Still waiting to speak to a supervisor regarding this but was told they will tell you the same thing... This is what auto pay and 10 years of being a good customer gets you!
