cannot pay my bill online

i have been trying to pay my bill online, as i always do, and it does not let me. tells me my account info is not available to try a later time. please fix this so that i can pay my bill. and i hope not to receive a late fee because i have been tryint to pay my bill on time as usual and the system is not available. please help!
