i bought a Verizon iphone14 through Walmart kiosk, paid down payment ($100) and the rest was on installment payment plan, the second day i found that the price information was wrong and i started return process. First i went to Walmart, the Walmart kiosk couldn't return because it only showed the full amount for returning (i paid walmart $100, but returning amount would be full amount $679), so i paid off the phone through Verizon thought that now i paid full it should allow me to return. When i tried to return again, Walmart still couldn't return as i only paid Walmart $100 plus taxes, the rest were paid to Verizon. I contacted Verizon Customer Service and went to Verizon corporate store, the response I got was since i paid off the phone , i owned the phone, i cannot return it. all these happened within two days after activation. WHAT? I CANNOT RETURN THE PHONE I BOUGHT??

I'm sorry you were having issues with returning a device. I know I have had issues at 3rd party retailers. I wish we could help you here. You would need to work with Walmart in regard to their eturn policy. I hope that gives you the information you need today. -Joe
