hello,

i am contacting you because for approximately 3 months my fios service has gotten terrible. 

example( longer than normal connection times to connect to netflix) even poor cellular phone service when on the same wifi. My bill just recently went up 13.00 since my 2 year contract expired. I would like a refund and a deduction in my monthly service charges due to this issue as a customer.
