Verizon consistently lies. Every call to them involves gaslighting where they try to convince me that the problem I am calling about was actually orchestrated by me. I am being charged for things I didn't authorize. The answer I am given it that I approved these changes, and by the way, don't question your bill. It's never inaccurate, so shut up and pay it.
