Hello all. I received an email from Verizon that my payment missed the deadline of 12/10. The payment went out in the mail on 11/22. The bank has no record of the check clearing. Doubt the post office lost it but there could be a slow mailing, not unusual this time of year. Is there a back log at Verizon billing? Thanks for any replys.

You need to contact Verizon support. Best contacts are Calling, online chat (when offered), and Twitter.
For these kinds of problems I recommend Calling during "normal business" hours.
