@vzw_customer_support I came to 2586 Central Park Avenue in New York Yonkers to pay my bill with cash but I was told the store isn’t taking cash. Then I offered to pay with card and the kiosk was down. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he was extremely rude and dismissive. “If you did auto pay you wouldn’t have to miss a payment”. “If you missed a payment that’s not my problem”. “Get out of my store”
