I recently transferred service from Spectrum because it appeared (from advertising and talking to sales representative with Verizon) that the monthly cost would be the same with Verizon as I had with Spectrum Mobile. NOT TRUE. Verizon charges $9.62 for Surcharges that are not apparent when signing up for new service. Spectrum is a straight clear program. When they say $30 per line, it is just that! When they say $10 for a watch, its just $10. NOT additonal surcharge per line of approximately $9.62. My monthly bill will be Close to $70 per month more that I expected when I signed up. The ads are bait and switch. The ads are intentionally unclear in my opinion.
