deposit back? How?

Hi everyone,

two months ago I disconnected my account and, after giving my devide back, they told me I will receive my deposit back in 60 days. So, last mounth they sent me an e-mail where they told me I will have back my deposit of 126dollar.

Now they charge me 126dollar for my one time activities, what does it mean?

Can someone help me?

Usually I've heard it said it takes three months.

So the question is: why they charge me the exact value of the deposit?

What does it mean "Your one time activities?"
