I switched to Verizon at the end of last year, I have 4 lines, two of them are no issue. Since February 2024, my phone 14 plus purple received first time (1 of 36) Device promotional credit then no longer receive anything. My phone 15 received (2 OF 36) TRADE-In Device promo credit then no longer received any credit. In the February it happened the number switched unsuccessful, Verizon gave me their numbers, but it changed back original number in March. I called three time in this half year, after the technician tried put the note on the number and resubmitted promotion credit then waited for 1~2 bill cycles. but it looks like no way to fix this by the phone.
